Shipping & Returns

Shipping. Orders ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Shipping rates vary by weight.

Every piece from Kettle & Kame is handmade, so small variations in glaze, color and shape are part of its character and aren’t considered defects.

Defective or damaged items. If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, email us at kettleandkame@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll arrange a return for a refund or replacement, and we’ll cover the return shipping.

Exchanges. Exchanges are welcome. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll help you find a different piece. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping for exchanges is paid by the customer.

Final sale. Gift certificates and classes or workshops are non-refundable.

How to start a return or exchange. Email kettleandkame@gmail.com with your name and order number. Please don’t send items back before we’ve confirmed the details.
